These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fortworthrestorationgroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Fort Worth Restoration Group ("Fort Worth Restoration Group," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, calling the phone number listed on it, or submitting a form through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Effective date: September 8, 2026.

Nature of the Service

Fort Worth Restoration Group operates a marketing and call-routing website. The Site is designed to connect property owners experiencing water, fire, mold or storm-related damage with independent, third-party restoration contractors ("Restoration Partners") who are licensed, insured and appropriately certified to perform restoration work in their service area.

Fort Worth Restoration Group is not a restoration contractor, general contractor, or provider of restoration, remediation, construction or repair services of any kind. We do not perform water extraction, structural drying, fire cleanup, mold remediation, reconstruction, or any related physical work. All such work is performed exclusively by Restoration Partners, who are independent businesses and not our employees, agents, franchisees or joint venturers.

No Warranties Regarding Restoration Partner Work

Because Fort Worth Restoration Group does not perform restoration work, we make no representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the quality, timeliness, workmanship, pricing, licensing status, insurance coverage, or outcome of any work performed by a Restoration Partner. Any agreement for restoration services is solely between you and the Restoration Partner performing the work, and is governed by the terms that Restoration Partner provides directly to you.

We do not guarantee a specific response time, arrival time, or outcome for any service request submitted through the Site, and nothing on the Site should be interpreted as such a guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fort Worth Restoration Group, its owners, officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Site; (b) any work performed, delayed or not performed by a Restoration Partner; (c) any dispute between you and a Restoration Partner; or (d) any property damage, personal injury or financial loss connected to a restoration project. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent contact or service information; use automated means to scrape, harvest or extract content or data from the Site; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; or use the Site to submit an inquiry other than a genuine request related to property damage or restoration services. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by or licensed to Fort Worth Restoration Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may reference or link to third-party resources, including municipal, utility, or industry organization websites, for informational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms
